The Depth That Will Change You
Training. Diving. Mindfulness. Your reset begins here.
What to Expect
You’ll spend 14 days in one of the most unique places in the world — Dahab, Egypt, where the water is as blue as the sky and the depth calls you from the first breath.
This is not just a freediving course. It’s a complete immersion into yourself — through the body, breath, discipline, and silence.
Training format: we work on a 2-day diving / 1-day dry training schedule. This rhythm allows for optimal adaptation to depth while developing breath control, flexibility, and mental resilience without overload.
What You Will Learn
- How to control your body in water and on land
- How to breathe slowly, deeply, and consciously
- How to handle hypoxic discomfort without panic
- How to equalize effectively and safely
- How to listen to your sensations and release physical blocks
- How to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body
- To live in the present moment. To really living.
What We’ll Do
8–9 deep diving sessions
Every other morning we go into the sea. We work step by step, starting from adaptation dives (around 10 m) and progressing toward individual depth goals — 15, 20, 30+ meters, depending on your level and comfort. We train equalization, relaxation, freefall technique, and CO₂ tolerance.
4–5 dry training sessions
Between diving days, we grow on land.
Breathwork, static apnea, yoga, equalization exercises, mental focus training. We develop body control out of the water to move better in the water.
Psychophysical training
We use exercises that activate the mammalian dive reflex, shorten recovery time between dives, and train your mental response to stress. These practices affect not just your body, but your behavior in life.
